I didn’t regret going to Optiva. They were very professional every step of the way. It has been a pleasant journey so far and I have been very happy. I couldn’t have done it on my own, it is a very complex process. I started the process with them in 2019, Covid happened and the last part will be out next year. So far there has been no regret. In description I will say one they are very professional and secondly they deliver on their promises and that is what you need from a business partner.
With immigration you would have challenges because it is not a straight part. The issue there is response to such challenges. With Optiva they are professionals, they will keep you up to date. There is no time I will call either Optiva management or the staff, somebody will always get back to you and follow up on your complaints.  Whatever happens was not something beyond their control, but were they able to manage it? Absolutely, professionally they did. There is no negative impact from my path that they didn’t do what they were supposed to do. None that I can remember. I have direct contact with Franklin the MD and you know what that means, I also talk to their partners here in Canada.  I communicated with franklin and their partner last week and they responded within a day. You know Franklin as busy as he is, we chatted and he responded within a few hours. The same thing with his partner in Ontario, the same with the partner, the lawyer they got for me in Montra, they all responded within a day. So what more can i ask for.
